Top 6 bucket list destinations after covid-19

Hey everyone,

Me again. Was sitting a bit bored in my room knowing that i have tons of revision to get done. What to do? Well i got my laptop out which is a great start lol. But decided I should do a quick little blog and share my top 6 destinations that I want to visit provided Covid-19 allows me and also provided life allows me to do so. Now the list is one which changes per day so I would not live by it for the time being. However, these few places have definitely been on the bucket list for some time now so I thought I will share.

Also just for copyright purposes these are the only photographs on my blog that I do not hold any rights to as I just downloaded these off google. I am sure once I finally do visit these amazing sights my photographs will be just as stunning. And I am sure these places look 100 times better in real life anyways.

1. Iguazu Falls
Iguazu falls, Argentina/Brazil, South America
Now I have had Iguazu Falls on my bucket list ever since I found out about these amazing falls in South America. Everything about this place looks INCREDIBLE! Also South America is like one of the only continents that I am yet to visit along with Antartica of-course. So to visit Iguazu Falls and tick of SA would just be the best experience ever. I would love to enjoy a nice helicopter ride over the falls and watch them from above. I am just so mesmerised by the beauty that I just cannot wait to witness these up close. Also the cool thing is that they are situated between both Brazil and Argentina, two more countries that I cannot wait to visit.

Rio, Brazil, SA
Just look at how stunning Rio De Janeiro looks on the left. I cannot wait to experience both countries and the falls together. The unique cultures of both countries is also drawing me on to this South American adventure. Obviously the actual trip would need a lot of planning but for now it is definitely a number 1 on the bucket list of destinations that I want to visit.
2. Switzerland
Switzerland
Now something a little bit more closer to Home. Switzerland. The photographs say it all. The whole country is so lush and vibrant and honestly I feel like I need a good two whole weeks to just visit and explore Switzerland. The villages, the mountains, the countryside, the lakes. You name it. So so so stunning. Sometimes I wonder why I have not yet visited Switzerland already when it is literally a 2 hour flight away. But I guess I am waiting for the right moment and the right time. I want to do this mesmerisingly beautiful country justice and that is why I guess I have held off for as long as I have. Anyways, I know Switzerland is crazy expensive that is why I need to ensure that I save up enough to actually make sure that the trip is one of a kind. There is so much I want to see and do in Switzerland. I want to visit the cities such as Zurich and Lucerne. At the same time I want to visit villages such Interlaken and Grindelwald. Cannot wait to also take some hikes in the Bernese Oberland. Honestly, the list never ends with Swiss that is why this is a trip of a lifetime and I cannot rush into this one as i may have done with some other trips in the past. For now I will just admire these stunning photographs of the country and dream about my visit to Swiss.
Switzerland
3.Japan

Okay so if you ask any of my Japanese friends they will tell you that I have been planning a trip to Japan pretty much every year for the last two years but then somehow never going through with it due to some sort of reasons. Nonetheless, Japan is for sure right at the top of this never ending bucket list of places that I want to visit. I have heard so many great things about the country and have seen so many great photographs that I know for sure that it is one incredible country with the most loveliest people. Tokyo for sure is a city that I am super excited to visit and explore. The vibe the atmosphere seems so lively that I just need to get on that plane to Tokyo.

Not just the cities but the nature is just astonishing! Just look how gorgeous the cherry blossoms at Mount Fuji are looking below. Hoping I can get close to taking a shot such as that myself. Will definitely be splashing out on some Nikon accessories once I get to Japan. Honestly, I admire the country and the hard work of the people so much its unreal. Also, I cannot WAIT to have Sushi in Japan. Another reason to be excited ey!! Maybe now that the Olympics have been delayed to 2021 that is the year for me to also be in Japan. Who knows ey. Fingers crossed.

4. Pakistan

Right... So I cannot be visiting all these beautiful countries without paying another visit to my motherland Pakistan. The last time I went to Pakistan was almost 13 years ago in 2007. Yes it has been a very long time and pretty much all of my family members have gone back in more recent times compared to myself. Of course, not only do I miss my family over there but I know that I have so much of the country to see myself and I am so curious to discover a whole new side to Pakistan.

I have heard some of the nature in Pakistan is absolutely breathtakingly stunning and calls for Aisha to visit and explore. Just to learn more about my heritage and experience the beauty of my country is exciting enough and I am hoping that I can visit again very soon. This time as a young adventurous woman looking to discover and learn as much as she can. Also, cannot wait to just indulge myself in Pakistani street food dishes. Chaat, Samosa's, Kulfi's you name it. Just hope I do not get ill as I have always when I have visited Pakistan as a child. I am sure my immune system is now well equipped to handle whatever I throw at it. hehe.

5. New York City

Concrete Jungle where dreams are made of there's nothing you can't do, now you're in NEW YORK.
Okay so now I am feeling a bit sad as I had a bit of a plan at the end of 2019 to visit NYC for perhaps Easter. Obviously, that did not happen. Literally the city that never sleeps and to know that now the streets are empty and lights aren't shining is just upsetting. I am hoping NYC will be back with a bang and recover like the rest of the planet. Anyways, who does not have NYC on their bucket list cities ey? What a city. Literally every show I watch just makes me want to visit NYC ASAP. Whether that is Suits or Friends. Just the vibe seems like one that is nowhere else in the world. Even getting a Bagel at 7am in the morning excites me. Just want to take a casual stroll down central park and take in this crazy city. Let us hope thy can do so soon. :)

6.  South Africa/Victoria Falls/Botswana

Right last but not least. AFRICA. Okay just a disclaimer the order of these destinations is all over the place and just because one is first and 1 is sixth does not necessarily mean that this is the order I want to visit all these places in. Any who, I am super keen to visit the Southern side of Africa and to explore wild life in Africa. If you do not know me already (even if you know me) you probably do not know but I am obsessed with Lions and I cannot wait to see a Lion in the wild one day. To experience a true African Safari is my lifelong dream. Just to take in that gorgeous landscape with wild life surrounding it is something I am so looking forward to experience and I am hoping once again that this can be soon.

The King Of The Jungle, Africa.
South Africa
Also, how stunning is South Africa? The nature is just mind-blowing! So vibrant and colourful. Just wish I was able to open up a picture and actually enter it at times. Sadly not. We have not advanced to that level yet at this point in time but I am hoping that one day perhaps. Who knows. Anyways for now Planes will have to do the job and take me to Oh Africa. So many ideas for my perfect adventure in Africa and definitely one place I cannot wait to tick off!

Victoria Falls, Africa
Alrighty, finally done. I did start this off with Top 5 places but then I realised I needed to add another lol. 6 is still very less for me so I think I might do another blog with some more destinations that I am dying to visit but just did not include in this blog post due to the blog already being super long. hehe.

Anyways hope you enjoyed. Also keep following these posts if you do already as who knows you can see me tick off some of these amazing destinations very soon. At least I hope.

Right going to get back to stu-dying. Will catch you all again V soon.

Good bye :)

Love
Aish xxx
